Act (DBA) is meant to compensate civilian employees working under government
contracts on U.S. Military bases abroad.
The DBA is a very specific, very complicated federal benefit system
that is administered by the U.S. Department of Labor. If you were hurt working in SPECIAL
NOTE FOR PTSD CLAIMS: Many returning veterans—and
civilian contractor employees—are suffering unprecedented effects of
the sustained trauma from extended military service. Many DBA insurance companies are
